In his opening remarks at the conference, Pham Viet Phuong, Deputy Head in charge of DNIEZA, stated that the city is working toward building more comprehensive, greener, and smarter industrial ecosystems to stay ahead of new global investment trends. The government, infrastructure investors, and secondary investors will serve as partners in joint development, thereby helping build the value chain for Dong Nai's industrial sector.

At the conference, experts and businesses shared views and discussed issues related to policies, infrastructure, finance, logistics, and human resources, as well as their impacts on the ability to implement and expand projects in Dong Nai. In the southern industrial landscape, Dong Nai's appeal is becoming increasingly evident as the city has many of the conditions needed to become one of the key destinations for high-tech investment capital. It offers strong connectivity across infrastructure, supply chains, human resources, and financial services, along with favorable conditions for project implementation.

Long Thanh International Airport, together with the network of expressways, seaports, and key traffic corridors, is gradually forming a multimodal connectivity space, facilitating production, logistics, and trade activities. At the same time, the local orientation for investment attraction is increasingly focused on high-tech, innovative, and green production projects capable of creating long-term added value.

At the conference, representatives of KNIC, which is developing a new-generation industrial city model and is the developer of two major industrial parks, KNIC Nam Long Thanh (Bau Can–Tan Hiep, 1,000 hectares) and KNIC Dong Long Thanh (Xuan Que–Song Nhan, 1,000 hectares), shared their vision for building a modern and sustainable production space suitable for high-tech and high-value-added industries. KNIC projects are envisioned as links in the manufacturing and logistics ecosystem currently taking shape around Long Thanh International Airport, thereby creating more options for businesses seeking investment locations capable of deep integration into regional and international supply chains.
