Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai City Red Cross Society Ha Trung Kien announced that the Dong Nai City Red Cross Society, in coordination with the Blood Transfusion Center of Cho Ray Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City and other agencies, will organize 15 voluntary blood donation drives across the city in August 2026. The organizers aim to collect nearly 5,400 units of donated blood.

To fulfill the target, the Dong Nai City Red Cross Society has called for the attention and active participation of people from all walks of life in voluntary blood donation.
According to the schedule, the voluntary blood donation drives will be held as follows: August 4 at TKG Taekwang Vina JSC (Long Binh Ward); August 6 at AMATA City Bien Hoa JSC (Tam Hiep Ward); August 11 at Dong Phu Cuong JSC (Thong Nhat Commune); August 12 at Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu Ward); August 13 at Phu Rieng Commune and Long Van Pagoda (Tam Phuoc Ward); August 14 at ON Semiconductor Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tran Bien Ward); August 18 at Dong Nai Water JSC (Tran Bien Ward); August 19 at Dong Nai -2 Hospital JSC (Tam Hiep Ward); August 20 at Dinh Quan Commune; August 22 at TKG Taekwang Vina JSC (Tran Bien Ward); August 25 at Bien Hoa Church (Tran Bien Ward); August 26 at Phu Ly Commune; August 27 at Bu Dang Commune; and August 28 at University Medical Shing Mark Hospital (Long Hung Ward).
Previously, through 15 voluntary blood donation drives held in July 2026, the Dong Nai City Red Cross Society, in coordination with the Blood Transfusion Center of Cho Ray Hospital and other agencies, collected nearly 3,500 units of donated blood.
