Secretary of Dong Nai City Party Committee Vu Hong Van awarded first-class Military Exploit Order

On July 2, the Ministry of Public Security held a conference to review public security work in the first half of 2026 and one year of operating the two-tier local public security model under the new administrative boundaries. At the event, Vu Hong Van, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dong Nai City Party Committee, and Head of the City National Assembly Delegation, was honored with the first-class Military Exploit Order.

To recognize exceptionally outstanding achievements in combat, combat support, and building the People's Public Security forces, the State President signed decisions conferring orders on several collectives and individuals. Among the recipients, Vu Hong Van, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Dong Nai City Party Committee, and Head of the City National Assembly Delegation, and former Director of the Department of Internal Political Security under the Ministry of Public Security, was awarded the first-class Military Exploit Order for his exceptionally outstanding achievements in combat, combat support, building the People's Public Security force, maintaining political security and social order and safety, and contributing to the cause of building socialism and protecting the Fatherland.

Authorized by the State President, Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quoc Hung confers the second-class Fatherland Defense Order to two collectives and one individual; the third-class Labor Order to three collectives; the third-class Fatherland Defense Order to one collective and one individual; the third-class Feat of Arms Order to one individual; and the title of National Emulation Fighter to the recipients.

At the conference, Major General Nguyen Duc Hai, Member of the City Party Committee’s Standing Board, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Dong Nai City Public Security, was honored with the third-class Fatherland Defense Order.
