Phuoc Son Commune currently has 12 educational institutions, including three preschools, five primary schools, two secondary schools, one high school, and one combined secondary and high school, serving more than 6,000 students. Ethnic minority students account for approximately 63% of the total enrollment.

The textbook donation program is intended to implement the Party's and the State's policies on tuition fee exemptions and textbook support for students, thereby helping reduce educational expenses for families, particularly those with students facing difficult circumstances, as well as children from ethnic minority communities and those living in remote and isolated areas. The program also aims to gradually establish shared textbook libraries at educational institutions for management, circulation, and reuse in subsequent school years.
