In Phuoc Long Ward, the delegation presented five gifts, each valued at VND2 million, to exemplary policy families. In Bu Gia Map Commune, the delegation presented 10 gifts, each worth VND1 million, to policy families, while also donating 300 sets of textbooks and 30 bicycles to students in difficult circumstances.

The total value of the gifts was approximately VND130 million. The program was organized by the Party Cell of the Editorial Secretariat Department through donations from Dinh Thuan Joint Stock Company, ASTRA Foreign Language and Informatics Center, Lac Hong Bilingual School in Tran Bien Ward, and Le Kim Huong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Trang Dai Ward.

On this occasion, the Party Cell also presented gifts to officers of the Bu Gia Map Border Guard Station. These return-to-the-roots activities helped pay tribute to policy families, promote education about revolutionary traditions, and encourage disadvantaged students to continue striving in their studies ahead of the new school year.
