On July 11, the Trade Union of Dong Nai Food Industrial Corporation (DOFICO) held a commendation ceremony at the Tran Bien Temple of Literature to honor 92 pupils and students, children of DOFICO’s officials, employees and workers, who achieved the “Excellent Academic Performance and Good Conduct” title in 2026.

Attending the ceremony were Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Labor Federation Bui Thi Bich Thuy, DOFICO leaders, and representatives of DOFICO’s member units.

Before the commendation ceremony, delegates, pupils and students offered incense at the Tran Bien Temple of Literature in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh, fallen heroes, and ancestors who sacrificed their lives for the cause of building and defending the nation.

The commendation ceremony was organized to encourage the pupils’ and students’ dedication to learning while recognizing those who recorded outstanding academic results during the 2025-2026 school year. DOFICO’s Trade Union honored 92 pupils and students, including 19 primary school pupils, 39 secondary school students, 26 high school students, and eight university students.
Addressing the ceremony, Tran Dang Ninh, Deputy General Director and Chairman of DOFICO’s Trade Union, said that, for the Trade Union, caring for employees extends beyond salaries, benefits, and working conditions to include attention to their children's education and moral development. This is an investment in every family’s future and DOFICO’s sustainable development. The “Excellent Academic Performance and Good Conduct” program will continue to be maintained and expanded by the Trade Union to encourage more pupils and students to strive in their studies and personal development and become useful citizens for society.

Representing the awardees, Nguyen Huynh Ngoc Han, a student at Nguyen Huu Canh High School, expressed her joy and pride at receiving the commendation and said she would continue striving in her studies. She said that she hopes to enroll at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, majoring in physics education. With her recent high school graduation exam results exceeding the benchmark for her registered preference, she expressed confidence that she would achieve her dream.
