In this phase, 11 households in Ta Lai Commune will receive support for the construction of new houses, while 10 households will receive assistance for house repairs. Financial support is set at 80 million VND for each newly built house and 40 million VND for each repaired house.

The 21 houses in Ta Lai are part of a total of 67 “Great Solidarity” houses being built or repaired across 17 communes and wards in Dong Nai City. Vice Chairman of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Tan Phu said, “Our goal is to complete at least 67 houses by September 2 and at least 300 “Great Solidarity” houses by November 18. This effort reflects not only the commitment of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee but also that of all agencies, departments, and organizations, with the support of benefactors, sponsors, and local Party Committees and authorities at all levels.”

Selecting Ta Lai Commune as the venue for the launch ceremony while simultaneously commencing construction in all communes and wards demonstrates the city's political determination to improve residents' living conditions, contributing to the effective implementation of sustainable poverty reduction goals and the building of a comprehensively developed, civilized, and compassionate Dong Nai.

At the ceremony, Nguyen Tan Phu called on construction units to uphold their sense of responsibility, ensure construction quality and labor safety, and complete the projects on schedule so that each house is durable, safe, and worthy of the trust of sponsors and the expectations of beneficiary households. He also expressed hope that the supported families would continue to promote self-reliance, work diligently, and focus on developing their household economy.

The launch ceremony was a practical activity organized by the Standing Board of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai City in response to the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign themed “Unity – Discipline – Efficiency – Breakthrough, building a civilized and modern Dong Nai.”
