Trade Unions honor thousands of outstanding students in 2026

On June 28, grassroots Trade Unions at companies in Dong Nai City held ceremonies to honor employees' children who achieved the “Excellent in Academics and Good Conduct” distinction in the 2025-2026 school year.

Specifically, the grassroots Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu Ward) held a ceremony to honor employees' children who achieved excellence in academics and personal conduct during the 2025-2026 school year. The event was attended by Bui Thi Bich Thuy and Nguyen Duc Thang, Vice Presidents of the Dong Nai Labor Federation.

At the ceremony, the company's Trade Union honored nearly 10,000 children of employees, including nearly 1,300 who earned the title of Excellent Student for their respective education levels. This is an annual activity organized by the Trade Union to encourage the children's learning efforts and recognize the support of their parents, who are trade union members and employees of the company.

A representative of the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. said that the number of students receiving awards has increased each year, demonstrating their dedication and efforts in their studies. Many students have overcome difficulties to excel academically and achieve top results in city-level examinations. The Trade Union will continue organizing this program to encourage them to strive even harder in the coming school years.

During the program, the grassroots Trade Union also organized various outdoor games with prizes, attracting many employees and their children. The children participated in folk games, enjoyed musical performances, watched magic shows, and received gifts.

(An Vien Commune) organized a ceremony to honor 3,400 children of employees who were recognized for excellence in academics and good conduct during the 2025–2026 school year. These students achieved outstanding results in both their studies and personal development.

Speaking at the ceremony, Le Nhat Truong, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd., emphasized that behind each certificate are the months of tireless work their parents put in on the production lines, and behind each academic achievement are the sacrifices, love, and expectations of their families. Therefore, caring for employees' children is not only an annual activity but also an expression of gratitude to workers who have contributed and continue to contribute to the company's development.
