On May 3, the Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) announced the public recruitment of 35 positions at Long Thanh International Airport in Long Thanh ward, Dong Nai City.

Accordingly, the recruitment spans a wide range of occupations, including specialists, staff, and engineers across multiple fields such as construction, information technology, engineering, general administration, legal affairs, communications, accounting, business, and environment; as well as flight planning, operations staff, inspection work, apron supervision, medical services, driving, and service fees collection. All positions offer a minimum monthly income of 15 million VND.
Applicants must be no older than 30, have graduated from high school, and hold professional qualifications ranging from a technical intermediate diploma to a university degree or higher. All open positions require English proficiency at a minimum TOEIC score of 300 or equivalent, as well as basic information technology application skills. During employment, workers will receive training and opportunities to develop their job skills.
According to the plan, Phase 1 of Long Thanh International Airport is scheduled to begin commercial operations by the end of 2026. Once operational, Long Thanh Airport will need thousands of workers. Since 2025, ACV and aviation enterprises have organized several recruitment rounds to hire workers for Long Thanh Airport. To help workers gain more experience and develop their job skills, after recruitment, ACV will create conditions for them to familiarize themselves with the equipment systems at Long Thanh Airport and assign them to work at other ACV airports before transferring them to Long Thanh International Airport when the project officially begins commercial operations.
