Specifically, under Decision No. 212/QD-UBND dated May 15, 2026, the City People’s Committee leased nearly 947 hectares of land in Long Phuoc and Phuoc Thai communes to KCN Tan Hiep Joint Stock Company for the implementation of Phase 1 of the Bau Can–Tan Hiep IP project. Of the total leased area, more than 722 hectares are allocated for the construction of factories and warehouses; nearly 85 hectares for green space and water surfaces; over 106 hectares for transport land; and the remainder for service land and technical infrastructure facilities.

The land used for the Bau Can–Tan Hiep IP is leased by the State, with rent paid annually. The land use term runs until September 19, 2074, corresponding to the project’s operating term under the Prime Minister’s investment policy approval decision.

Under Decision No. 211/QD-UBND, the City People’s Committee leased more than 960 hectares of land in Xuan Que commune to KCN Xuan Que Joint Stock Company for the implementation of Phase 1 of the Xuan Que–Song Nhan IP project. Of the total leased area, more than 742 hectares are allocated for industrial land and warehouses; over 83 hectares for green space and water surfaces; nearly 100 hectares for transport infrastructure and parking land; and the remainder for service and technical infrastructure facilities. The project's land is leased through an annual rental payment scheme, with a land-use term running until November 28, 2074.

Both IP projects are located near Long Thanh International Airport, an area planned to become a large-scale industrial, logistics, and service hub. Once operational, the projects are expected to expand industrial development space, enhance investment attraction, create jobs, and promote the city’s economic growth.
