Dong Nai launches continuous construction on 19 projects to make up for delays

According to the Department of Finance, in line with the Dong Nai City People’s Committee’s directive to accelerate public investment disbursement in 2026, project owners have registered 19 projects for continuous construction across the city.

Among the 19 projects registered for continuous implementation, the City Construction Investment Project Management Board registered four projects, including Component Project 1 of the Bien Hoa–Vung Tau Expressway Phase 1; Component Project 3 of Ho Chi Minh City’s Ring Road 3; the construction of Provincial Road 25C (from National Highway 51 to Huong Lo 19); and the upgrading and expansion of Provincial Road 25B (from the center of Nhon Trach commune to National Highway 51).

The Regional Project Management Board 9, the Regional Project Management Board 10, and the Dong Phu Regional Project Management Board each registered three projects for continuous implementation. Specifically, the Regional Project Management Board 9 registered the following projects: the upgrading of Huong Lo 15; the construction of Vinh Tan Primary and Secondary School; and the upgrading, renovation, and construction of new facilities at Cay Gao B Primary School (Campus 1). The Regional Project Management Board 10 registered three projects, namely the Phu Cuong–La Nga Road, Nguyen Du Primary School, and Hoa Hong Kindergarten. Meanwhile, the Dong Phu Regional Project Management Board registered three projects, including the construction of the road linking the former Dong Phu district administrative center with the Becamex–Binh Phuoc Industrial Park; the construction of the Tan Hung–Tan Lap cross-town road; and the upgrading and expansion of the road connecting Tan Hoa commune and Tan Loi commune, which is now part of Tan Loi commune.

The Chon Thanh Regional Project Management Board and the City Land Fund Development Center each registered two projects for continuous implementation. Specifically, the Chon Thanh Regional Project Management Board registered projects to support site clearance for the road connecting the Dai Nam residential area with the former Minh Lap commune, now Nha Bich commune, and the construction of Road Group 7B connecting National Highway 13 and the Chon Thanh–Hoa Lu Expressway. Meanwhile, the City Land Fund Development Center registered two projects to build resettlement areas in Phuoc Tan and Tam Phuoc wards.

Meanwhile, the Regional Project Management Board 2 registered one project, the Long Khanh’s Ring Road 1, while the Regional Project Management Board 5 registered the Le Duan Road expansion project.

According to the Department of Finance, the projects registered by the project owners have ensured the full mobilization of personnel, machinery, and equipment, as committed, to make up for the delayed progress.
