Alongside the Pink Swallow Award, the Secretariat of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee decided to present the Kim Dong Award for the academic year 2025–2026 to 98 outstanding Young Pioneer Commanders and HYPO members who achieved excellent results and fully met the award criteria. The Kim Dong Award is a noble distinction of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, assigned to the Central Council of the HYPO for direct management and administration. It aims to provide timely encouragement to HYPO members, HYPO chapter commanders, and inter-chapter members who have achieved outstanding results in HYPO work and children’s movements.
