Affirming the core role of Party organizations in enterprises

Party organizations within enterprises are not only a political requirement but also an important driver of sustainable development. Practice has shown that enterprises with strong Party organizations benefit from greater unity, stronger discipline, and sound operational direction.

Party organizations play an important role in connecting the Party’s policies and directives with production and business activities. By effectively implementing the Party’s guidelines and resolutions, enterprises can maintain the right development orientation, enhance production and business performance, and achieve sustainable growth.

Party organizations accompanying enterprises

The Party Cell of Elma Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd., in Nhon Trach ward, was established in 2021 and currently has eight Party members. Since its establishment, the Party cell has affirmed its important role in stabilizing production operations, creating an efficient working environment, and strengthening solidarity among all cadres, workers, and employees. By implementing the Party’s guidelines and policies in a practical manner, the cell has not only helped maintain a stable production pace but also promoted improvements in product quality, laying a solid foundation for the company’s sustainable development.

Vo Thi Xuan Hang, Secretary of the Party Cell of Elma Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd., said that the Party cell plays a key role in strengthening internal unity, maintaining stable operations, and guiding the enterprise’s sustainable development. The cell also guides employees on the Party’s guidelines and policies, as well as the State’s laws, thereby contributing to the development of a disciplined, transparent, and professional working environment. “The Party cell directs and coordinates with the Trade Union to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees, thereby encouraging workers to maintain a long-term commitment to the enterprise,” said Hang.

At Vietnam Caesar Sanitary Wares Joint Stock Company in Nhon Trach Ward, the Party cell was established in 2008. Since its inception, the cell has focused on identifying and nurturing outstanding individuals among direct production workers for Party membership. Meanwhile, it has included them in the planning of key leadership positions. In addition, the Party cell has promoted political and ideological education to help employees better understand their rights and responsibilities, while contributing to the development of a healthy, disciplined corporate culture.

Nguyen Thi Mong Thuy, Secretary of the Party Cell of Vietnam Caesar Sanitary Wares Joint Stock Company, said that in recent years, the Party cell has not only provided political and ideological orientation for employees but has also served as an important nucleus in improving production and business efficiency, thereby contributing to the company’s sustainable development. In addition, through mass organizations such as the Trade Union, the Party cell has monitored the implementation of salary, bonus, and insurance policies, ensuring that employees receive their legitimate benefits in accordance with regulations.

Nguyen Thi Mong Thuy added that whenever the enterprise encounters difficulties, the Party organization plays a pioneering role in disseminating information and encouraging employees to share the company's difficulties and work alongside the company to maintain stable production. Conversely, when the enterprise grows, the Party cell proactively proposes measures to improve employee welfare and living conditions, thereby helping retain and motivate the workforce. “One of the factors contributing to the Party cell’s effective operation is the support of the company’s leadership, which allocates time and creates favorable conditions for the cell to organize meetings in a serious and orderly manner, ensuring full participation by members in accordance with regulations,” said Thuy.

Helping stabilize labor relations

In the context of international integration, maintaining enterprise stability and achieving sustainable development depend not only on management capacity but also on the role of Party organizations. Practical experience has demonstrated that effective Party organizations within enterprises serve not only as a political leadership force but also as an important core that harmonizes business objectives with employees' interests, thereby helping build a solid foundation for sustainable development.

Dinh Sy Phuc, Secretary of the Party Committee of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company in Tran Bien Ward, said that the company’s Party Committee currently has 115 members. In recent years, the Party Committee has consistently demonstrated its role in leading the masses and accompanying the enterprise throughout its production and business activities. Each week, the Secretary of the Party Committee meets with the General Director to discuss and align on the company’s policies and strategies, while coordinating on action programs to promote sustainable growth and improve employee welfare.

The company’s Party Committee regularly encourages employees to fulfill the enterprise’s production and business targets. At the same time, leaders of mass organizations actively disseminate information and mobilize employees to strictly implement the Party’s guidelines and policies, comply with the State’s laws, and observe company regulations. These efforts have helped maintain stable production operations and promote the enterprise’s sustainable development.

Lai The Dong, Secretary of the Party Cell of Long Thanh Golf Investment and Trading Joint-Stock Company in Phuoc Tan Ward, said that the Party cell closely coordinates with the Board of Directors and the trade union to promote emulation movements, encourage innovation, improve labor productivity, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees. As a result, the Party cell has contributed to building a strong workforce, developing Party membership, maintaining discipline, and creating a solid foundation for the enterprise’s sustainable development. “The Party organization within an enterprise serves as the political core at the grassroots level. It provides ideological orientation, strengthens solidarity, and helps maintain a stable working environment,” said Dong.

At many enterprises, Party cells and Party committees are increasingly affirming their role in supporting production and business development while helping build a progressive working environment. Party organizations have continuously renewed the content and methods of Party activities to closely align with production and business realities, thereby helping enterprises address difficulties and bottlenecks. In addition, the use of digital platforms for Party member management and online meetings has improved efficiency and saved time for enterprises. These efforts further show that wherever Party organizations are present, enterprises operate more effectively and offer a better working environment.
