Construction began in late December 2025, with a total investment of approximately 51 billion VND. Major components included upgrading the existing 110kV transmission line from the 220kV Bau Sen Substation to pole No. 26 of the Nhon Trach–Ong Keo 110kV line from two circuits to four circuits, along with the installation of a new system of steel poles ranging from 46 to 54 meters in height and other synchronized technical components.

According to Dong Nai Power Company, the project helps relieve power capacity for the 220kV Bau Sen Substation, reduces the load on existing transmission lines, strengthens regional power grid connectivity, and ensures a stable electricity supply for production and daily life.

The successful energization of the project is expected to create additional momentum and help ensure energy security, thereby supporting the region’s socio-economic development.
