Nguyen Thanh Phong, Deputy Director of the Dong Nai Department of Science and Technology, acknowledged the delegation’s proposals and welcomed the exchange of ideas. He also emphasized the importance of strengthening linkages with scientists, research institutes, and universities both within and beyond the province to address practical challenges in advancing science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. This undertaking is especially relevant as Dong Nai moves toward becoming a centrally governed city, bringing with it new and more complex development demands. At the same time, the department is placing greater focus on promoting technology transfer and ensuring that research outcomes are effectively translated into practical applications, in line with the province’s development priorities.
