Truong Trong Thy, Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Long Khanh Ward, said the ward is preparing to organize the Long Khanh Fruit Festival 2026.

Long Khanh Fruit Festival 2026 builds on and continues the achievements of the Long Khanh Fruit Festival, a signature cultural and tourism event of former Long Khanh City. The event is designed to create opportunities for businesses, business households, and farmers in the ward and neighboring wards to connect and introduce agricultural products, commercial goods, services, tourism offerings, and local cuisine to tourists and residents.

The event is also organized to celebrate the establishment of Dong Nai City and mark the first anniversary of Long Khanh Ward (July 1, 2025 – 2026). Through various activities, the festival seeks to introduce residents and tourists to the position, role, potential, and advantages of Dong Nai City, while highlighting the history and development of Long Khanh and Dong Nai, as well as the socio-economic achievements of Long Khanh Ward after one year of implementing the two-tier local government model.

The Long Khanh Fruit Festival 2026 is expected to promote the image and people of Long Khanh and Dong Nai while strengthening historical awareness, patriotism, self-reliance, and community solidarity. Organizers also hope the event will reinforce public confidence in Party leadership and State governance, strengthen consensus among officials, Party members, and residents, and inspire aspirations for continued local development.

Through its communication activities, the festival will also continue promoting the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws to support the implementation of the resolutions of the 14th National Party Congress, the Dong Nai City Party Congress, and the First Congress of the Long Khanh Ward Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.

Long Khanh Fruit Festival 2026 will run from June through the end of July 2026, with its main event series scheduled from June 26 to July 1, featuring 11 major activities. These include a seminar on “Applying Technology in Agricultural Production” in Dong Nai City, exhibitions showcasing socio-economic achievements and urban planning, booths introducing local socio-economic and tourism potential, agricultural products, and trade-service products, the launch of a children’s drawing contest themed “Long Khanh Through My Eyes,” and the children’s music and arts festival “Pink Musical Notes.”

The highlight event of the Long Khanh Fruit Festival 2026 is scheduled to take place at 7 p.m. on July 1, 2026, at Long Khanh Victory Monument Park in Long Khanh Ward.
