Information from some tourist areas and attractions in Dong Nai Province shows that on the first day of the 2026 New Year holiday, several areas and attractions drew a large number of tourists to visit and enjoy entertainment.

Specifically, on the morning of January 1, 2026, at Buu Long Tourist Area (Tran Bien ward), more than 2,500 tourists visited and participated in various games and activities. Suoi Mo Tourist Area (Tan Phu commune) also welcomed nearly 2,000 visitors; this is a well-known destination famous for its rich and diverse water-based activities. Golden Scorpion (Bo Cap Vang) ecological tourist area, featuring water games along a gentle river, offers visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in nature and savor local specialties.

Other destinations, such as Cat Tien National Park, Bu Gia Map National Park, Dong Nai Nature-Culture Reserve, and Son Tien Tourist Area, also welcomed a large number of visitors for sightseeing and overnight stays.
Dong Nai currently has 28 tourist areas and attractions operating across various types, including sightseeing, entertainment, ecotourism, sports, religious, and cultural activities. Among them are many well-known destinations recognized for their scale, modern amenities, and unique natural settings, attracting both domestic and international tourists.

In 2026, Dong Nai aims to welcome approximately 5.8 million visitors, representing an 11.5% increase from 2025. Among these, domestic visitors are expected to exceed 5.6 million, while international visitors are expected to surpass 138,000. Revenue from tourism services is projected to reach 4.5 trillion VND, representing a 15.3% increase compared to 2025.
