Dong Nai welcomes more than 4.9 million tourists

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dong Nai province, in the 11 months of 2025, Dong Nai welcomed more than 4.9 million visitors to its attractions, tourist sites, and hotels, reaching 94.5% of the 2025 plan.

Specifically, the number of international visitors to Dong Nai in the past 11 months reached nearly 130,000; while domestic tourists totaled nearly 4.8 million. Tourism revenue reached nearly 3.7 trillion VND, reaching over 94% of the 2025 plan target. It is estimated that by the end of 2025, tourism targets will be achieved compared to the set plan.

In addition to the results in the number of visitors and tourism revenue, the implementation of professional management tasks in the tourism sector has also achieved remarkable results. In terms of travel and tour guide management, Dong Nai currently has 46 domestic travel agencies, 17 international travel agencies and 6 branches, agents, representative offices with 265 licensed tour guides who are operating steadily and effectively. Regarding accommodation establishments, Dong Nai also strengthens the management of accommodation activities to ensure security and order. Currently, Dong Nai has 224 tourist accommodation establishments with 5,800 rooms.

Over the past year, Dong Nai has promoted tourism promotion, information and promotion activities; digital transformation in tourism; invested in tourism product development, typically building a community tourism model associated with agriculture in Dong Nai province through the implementation of the "Tan Trieu Cultural - Tourism Village" model in Tan Trieu ward.
