These national standard schools included 57 pre-schools, 91 primary schools, 59 junior high schools and 103 high schools. Xuan Loc, Long Khanh and Vinh Cuu are the localities that have the most schools meeting national standards.
In order to improve the quality of teaching and studying, Dong Nai has invested to buy, supply equipment and teaching aid following the province’s plan to universalize pre-school education for kids aged 5 to 130 schools with the total cost of VND7.2 billion, invested VND75.5 billion to buy 398 sets of equipment for teaching English for 398 public high schools
This school year, the education sector has planned to well implement the scheme of land use to develop education and training establishments, in a bid to ensure enough land for construction of schools that meet national standards and to increase the number of national standardized schools in the province.
