
The festival will run from October 22 – 24 in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province, with dragon dances, and Truong Long, Southeast Asia’s longest dragon, as well as festival Kate with Cham people at Poshanư Temple.

Local residents will present races of coracles and traditional boats on Ca Ty River, and from October 14 – 16, water-skiing will be performed at Trang Tron, Ham Tien, and Phan Thiet in
On Hon Rom and Mui Ne beaches, lamps and airships will be released into the sky. An airship competition will also be held there, and photographers will fly with the airships to photograph them. Photographic tours on Jeep will also be offered around the sand hills from Hon Rom to Bau Trang.
Fans of folk and traditional singing can enjoy performances at Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Crossroad and Chien Thang Statue area, and a market ‘Phan Thiet –
A highlight of the festival will be a fashion show ‘Convergence of Wave’ presented on Le Hong Phong Bridge, Ca Ty River on October 23, and a performance ‘Binh Thuan – Green Convergence’ presented at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square and broadcast live on Vietnam Television on October 24. In conjunction, a project on tourism and a conference themed ‘Developing tourist villages’ will also be organised.
