HCMC will launch a new motorcade tour to Cambodia and Thailand in late November to cash in on the increasing demand for land travel between regional countries.
The HCMC Tourism Department has worked with counterparts in Cambodia and Thailand to prepare for the five-day tour, said a department official.
The tour will start in Bangkok or HCMC and on to Siem Reap and Phnom Penh in Cambodia before returning home.
Previously, travel companies in Vietnam’s northern and central provinces operated motorcade tours between Vietnam, Laos and Thailand.
