The event attracted 20 businesses from communes and wards in the northern part of Dong Nai City, along with more than 400 participants from the ward, including informal workers, discharged military personnel, and school and university students.
At the fair, company representatives introduced their businesses, outlined their recruitment needs and answered questions from job seekers. Of the 20 participating companies, 17 were manufacturers based in wards and communes across the city, while the remaining three recruited workers for overseas employment.
The vacancies covered a range of sectors, including garment and footwear manufacturing, animal husbandry, healthcare, beauty services, food processing and furniture production, with more than 6,000 positions available. Monthly incomes were expected to range from VND10 million to VND20 million for jobs in Viet Nam and from VND30 million to VND50 million for jobs overseas, depending on the destination market.

Binh Phuoc Ward leaders stressed that creating jobs, increasing incomes and stabilizing residents’ livelihoods are essential to ensuring social welfare and promoting local socioeconomic development. Closer links between employers, training institutions and job seekers can help businesses meet their recruitment needs and help workers find jobs matching their abilities, qualifications and aspirations. They also urged employers to honor their commitments on labor policies and employee benefits in accordance with the law.
On the occasion, the organizing committee presented gifts to 11 local students who had achieved good academic results despite difficult circumstances.
