Vibrant peak emulation campaign among workers

As Dong Nai enters a new stage of development, the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign themed “Unity – Discipline – Efficiency – Breakthrough, building a civilized and modern Dong Nai,” has sparked widespread enthusiasm across the city.

In response to the campaign, Trade Unions at all levels and the business community have intensified emulation movements, contributing to the city's goal of achieving double-digit economic growth.

In businesses, the movement to excel in labor, innovate, and improve productivity, quality, and production efficiency has been widely embraced by workers. Many workers have registered for specific tasks and initiatives, demonstrating their determination to successfully complete the business's production and operational tasks and to join hands to build an increasingly developed locality.

Creating a dynamic competitive spirit

These days, a vibrant atmosphere of labor and production emulation is spreading throughout CADIVI's Long Thanh Industrial Park facility. With a steady flow of orders, the company has maintained stable operations while ensuring jobs and income for its 450 employees. This undertaking has motivated managers and workers alike to strive toward fulfilling the company’s production and business targets.

According to Le Thanh Son, Director of the factory branch, production activities have remained stable since the beginning of 2026, supported by abundant orders and a highly motivated workforce. “The proactive spirit, solidarity, and sense of responsibility among our employees have played a crucial role in helping the company meet delivery schedules, boost growth, and expand production. At the same time, workers’ incomes have been maintained at stable levels, contributing to improved living standards,” Son said.

Alongside production tasks, CADIVI launches monthly emulation programs to encourage workers to develop initiatives, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency. In particular, the company has widely promoted the city’s 500-day-and-night campaign among employees, creating an energetic atmosphere throughout its production workshops.

As order volumes have risen sharply since the second quarter of 2026 began, many businesses across Dong Nai have accelerated production schedules to meet customer commitments. To motivate employees, companies launched various labor emulation programs linked to incentive and reward schemes. These initiatives have fostered a competitive spirit in factories and workshops, encouraging workers to demonstrate responsibility, creativity, and dedication in their work.

At Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company, emulation activities have been implemented across all production departments, focusing on improving productivity, product quality, and order fulfillment. In addition to maintaining stable operations, the company has introduced timely rewards for initiatives and solutions that generate tangible benefits. These efforts have motivated employees to actively contribute to achieving the company’s business objectives.

According to Dinh Sy Phuc, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina JSC, located in Tran Bien Ward, the company has considered Dong Nai its long-term home for more than 30 years of investment and development in the locality. “Besides expanding production and creating stable jobs, the company is committed to sustainable development and contributing to local economic growth and social well-being. The city’s 500-day-and-night emulation campaign provides additional motivation for both the company and its workforce to make greater contributions toward Dong Nai’s development,” Phuc said.

Driving local development

To generate momentum and foster a spirit of responsibility and innovation among workers, the Dong Nai City Labor Federation recently held a ceremony to mark the launch of the special 500-day-and-night emulation campaign. The initiative aims to translate the city’s development goals into practical action while inspiring workers to improve productivity during a critical period of accelerating socio-economic development.

Through the campaign, the Labor Federation has called on union members and workers to uphold solidarity, strengthen responsibility, actively engage in production, and improve productivity, quality, and work efficiency. Trade Unions are also encouraged to promote patriotic emulation movements, support innovation and technical improvements, and contribute to building a more civilized and modern Dong Nai.

At the launch ceremony, Nguyen Quoc Dung, Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai City, Chairman of the City Labor Federation, stated that trade unions at all levels are determined to contribute 9,000 initiatives, scientific projects, technical improvements, and management solutions during 2026–2027. “The movement will continue to be maintained and expanded through 2030, contributing to the successful achievement of the city’s socio-economic development goals,” Dung said.

In response to the campaign, Long Thanh Golf Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, located in Phuoc Tan Ward, launched a peak emulation drive among all employees. The program focuses on improving service quality, streamlining work processes, promoting innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and building a professional and civilized working environment.

According to Lai The Dong, Chairman of the company’s grassroots Trade Union, the business not only strives to improve service quality and strengthen its professional image but also places strong emphasis on the material and spiritual well-being of employees. The company also actively participates in social welfare activities and partners with local authorities in supporting disadvantaged groups and community programs. “Balancing business development with effective social welfare efforts is a key foundation for sustainable and stable growth,” Dong emphasized.
