Vu Quoc Thai, Party Deputy Secretary and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Tam Phuoc ward, said that in implementing Plan No. 20/KH-UBND dated January 19, 2026 issued by the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee on developing and utilizing talents and high-quality human resources to serve digital transformation and socio-economic development in the 2026–2030 period, the ward People’s Committee has formulated its own plan to attract and effectively employ talented individuals, particularly leading officials and experts in key fields. The plan focuses on serving science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation in Tam Phuoc ward during the 2026–2030 period.
Accordingly, the ward will conduct a comprehensive review to identify and build a local talent pool. It will coordinate with educational institutions and social organizations to detect and recommend outstanding pupils and students, as well as doctorate and master’s degree holders residing in the locality. At the same time, Tam Phuoc ward plans to deploy Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) to popularize knowledge of AI (artificial intelligence) and digital skills among local officials and residents. Civil servants and public employees will be encouraged to apply AI solutions in handling grassroots-level administrative procedures, thereby improving efficiency and service quality.
In addition, the ward will fully implement additional allowance policies, ranging from 150 to 300 percent, for officials eligible for the province’s talent attraction regulations. Recognition and commendation programs will also be organized to honor individuals whose innovative initiatives generate tangible benefits for the local community.
