At enterprises and factories, the spirit of the election is spreading strongly among the workforce, clearly reflecting their political awareness, civic responsibility, and the desire to contribute to the overall development of the locality and the country.
Vibrant atmosphere in businesses
These days, the working atmosphere at Vietsun Investment Corporation (VIETSUN Dong Nai, Xuan Hoa commune) has become vibrant and exciting. More than 350 workers of the company arrive at work in high spirits, enthusiastically engaging in production while eagerly following updates on preparations for the election of NA deputies and People's Council deputies at all levels through the computer screen system installed in the production workshops. This meaningful activity of online propaganda contributes to raising the awareness, responsibility, and civic consciousness of workers regarding their rights and duties to participate in the election.
Election day is truly a festival for all people, where every vote carries important significance. The active and responsible participation of workers, a large labor force in society, not only contributes to creating a democratic and lively atmosphere for the election day but also plays an important role in the overall success of the province's and the country's major political event.
Pham Thi Thu Thuy, a worker at Vietsun Investment Corporation, shared: The information provided at the workplace helps her better understand the significance of the country's major political event. "We closely follow a lot of information about the election right at the workplace. I am personally looking forward to the day when I can directly cast my vote, choosing truly outstanding representatives for the will and aspirations of the people," Thuy expressed.
At TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Tran Bien ward), the atmosphere ahead of the election festival is spreading widely throughout the enterprise. Many banners and slogans about the election are solemnly displayed in the production workshops, contributing to raising political awareness among workers. In addition, the company's Trade Union proactively innovates propaganda methods in a flexible way that is close to workers. Many videos specifically guiding the steps to participate in the election have been created and widely shared through social media platforms and sent to Zalo groups of the Trade Union. Propaganda activities are organized to suit each shift, ensuring that workers in different production time frames can access information.
Dinh Sy Phuc, Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, said: Currently, the entire company has nearly 35,000 workers. This is a large force of voters who will participate in the election of deputies to the NA and People's Councils at all levels in the coming time. Therefore, propaganda and dissemination of information pieces about the election are especially emphasized by the enterprise and the Trade Union organization to raise awareness among workers, as well as create an emulation atmosphere for labor and production throughout the company.
According to Phuc, for workers, participating in election is not merely exercising their civic rights and duties but also an opportunity to place their trust and expectations in representatives who will represent their voice, thoughts, and aspirations. "Practical issues closely related to workers' lives such as employment, income, housing, social security, and working environment are all linked to policies decided by elected bodies. Therefore, participating in the election is very important for workers," Phuc shared.
Placing full trust in the ballots
The election of deputies to NA and People's Councils at all levels has garnered significant attention and high expectations from voters nationwide. For workers, the ballot is not only a civic right and duty but also an expression of trust and hope in worthy representatives who will speak for the will and aspirations of the people, especially contributing to the decision-making of sustainable social welfare policies for workers in the new term.
Nguyen Le Van Tinh, a worker at Bau Xeo Industrial Park (Dong Nai province), said that despite his busy work schedule at the factory recently, he still took time to learn about the election and the action programs of candidates in the province. Tinh expressed his wish that the elected representatives would be approachable, deeply understand the workers’ lives and concerns. Through this, they could propose more practical policies, contributing to improving sustainable living conditions.
Most workers in Dong Nai province are currently migrant laborers, working far from home. Therefore, local authorities and mass organizations have paid special attention to preparation of voter lists and guidance on voter registration at places of workers’ temporary residence. Many localities have coordinated with businesses and landlords to review and update the voter lists; arranging polling stations near boarding houses and industrial parks to ensure workers' right to vote.
Trade Unions at all levels serve as a bridge, helping workers access information and answering questions related to the election process. At the same time, they proactively develop appropriate communication plans; listening to and promptly answering workers' questions related to the election. Thanks to this, workers can focus on production while being ready to fully and properly participate in the great festival.
As the election day is approaching, in every workshop, bustling production line, or in the boarding houses where workers return after their shifts, the trust and expectations of voters are gradually being ignited. Each ballot cast not only represents a civic right and duty but also conveys the desire for a new term with dedicated representatives who listen to and represent the voice of people, especially the working class.
LE THI HOA, Executive Director of Viet Duc International Investment Co., Ltd. (Xuan Loc Industrial Park):
Strengthening propaganda among workers about election
Amidst the fast-paced production environment, workers still pay special attention to the country's major event. This shows that, in addition to being the main production force, workers are also active citizens, clearly aware of their responsibilities and right to mastery. To ensure workers' voting rights, the company has proactively displayed videos on computer screens installed in production workshops, making it easy for workers to follow and stay updated on election promptly.
Hoa herself is a candidate for the Xuan Hoa Commune People's Council in the upcoming term. "If trusted by voters, I hope to become a bridge, truthfully reflecting the voice, concerns, and aspirations of workers to the People's Council, thereby contributing to promoting more practical policies for local workers."
H THA AYUN, an Ede ethnic minority person, worker at Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu Ward):
Wishing to convey workers' aspirations to the Provincial People's Council
As a candidate for the Dong Nai Provincial People's Council for the 2026-2031 term, I wish to bring the voice, concerns, and aspirations of workers to the province's elected body. As a direct production worker, I understand the difficulties and concerns of workers about daily lives, from housing, income, and working conditions to social security policies. This reality has encouraged me to boldly run as a self-nominated candidate in the upcoming election, with the desire to contribute to representing the voice of workers. If elected, I hope to become a bridge to truthfully reflect the thoughts, aspirations, and practical issues of workers to the Provincial People's Council.
