Over 900 Tet gifts presented to disadvantaged residents in Northern communes of Dong Nai

On February 11, the Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee (PPC), in coordination with Becamex Binh Phuoc Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company (Becamex – Binh Phuoc) organized the “Spring of love – Tet of sharing” program for disadvantaged residents, poor and near-poor households, and policy beneficiary families in border communes and ethnic minority areas, including Hung Phuoc, Thien Hung, Phuoc Son and Tho Son.

Attending the program were Member of the PPC and Deputy Head of the PPC’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization Le Thi Thai; leaders of Becamex – Binh Phuoc and representatives of local authorities from the communes.

At the event, the organizing committee presented 201 gifts to residents of Hung Phuoc commune, 310 gifts to Thien Hung commune, 200 gifts to Phuoc Son commune and 200 gifts to Tho Son commune. Each gift was valued at 500,000 VND, contributing to encouraging and sharing difficulties with residents in border and disadvantaged areas on the occasion of the Lunar New Year.

Speaking at the program, Member of the PPC and Deputy Head of the PPC’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization Le Thi Thai acknowledged and expressed appreciation for the companionship of Becamex – Binh Phuoc in social security activities in border communes. At the same time, she expressed her hope that the enterprise would continue to coordinate with agencies and units to implement more practical activities, thereby spreading the spirit of mutual support and caring for people’s livelihoods, especially ethnic minority communities facing many difficulties and households in border areas.

The program provided timely support to disadvantaged households to celebrate a warmer and more joyful Tet, while strengthening the bond between enterprises and localities in social security efforts.
