Accordingly, from February 23 (the seventh day of the first lunar month), enterprises officially resumed operations with the number of worker attendance reaching approximately 97%. In several localities such as Ho Nai, Phuoc Tan, Bu Dang, Binh Phuoc and Dong Phu, the rate of employees back to work stood at 99–100%. This positive signal has enabled businesses to quickly stabilize production right from the beginning of the year.

For large enterprises and corporations employing between 17,000 and 40,000 employees, workers have got back to work and stabilized operations across production lines, while a small number of those on maternity leave or annual leave have requested to resume work later. The high return-to-work rate is attributed to effective coordination between enterprises and grassroots Trade Unions in ensuring welfare policies and employment stability, alongside various measures aimed at retaining workers. Prior to Tet, companies had fully paid salaries and provided timely Tet bonuses.

During the first production days of the year, enterprises have also prepared adequate conditions to maintain stable operations while recruiting additional workers to meet order schedules. Company leaders have organized lucky money giveaway programs at the start of the year, encouraging employees to actively engage in production emulation.
