Implementing the plan of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee, on January 21, provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairwoman of the Dong Nai Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang signed and issued Directive No. 02/CT-UBND on strengthening measures to ensure a joyful, healthy, safe, and economical Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026.

The Provincial People’s Committee requires departments, agencies, sectors, and localities to seriously and effectively implement Directive No. 55-CT/TW dated December 22, 2025 of the Secretariat on organizing the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026; Directive No. 06-CT/TU dated January 9, 2026 of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee on organizing the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026; and Directive No. 02/CT-UBND of the Provincial People’s Committee. Strictly implement regulations on the responsibility of setting examples by officials and Party members, promote the practice of thrift, and combat wastefulness. Promote the tradition of great national unity and the spirit of mutual support of the nation, effectively implement social security policies, care for the material and spiritual well-being of the people, and ensure that every household and every person has the means to enjoy spring and welcome the Lunar New Year.

In addition, strengthen national defense and security, maintain social order and safety, and ensure cybersecurity; detect, prevent, and strictly handle acts that cause harassment or inconvenience to enterprises and citizens in administrative procedures. From now until the end of the Lunar New Year Binh Ngo 2026 holiday, leaders of agencies, units, and localities are to limit out-of-province business trips.

Following the holiday, promptly return to work, avoid any delays to production and business activities, and strive to fulfill tasks from the very first month of the year.
