On October 13, the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bien Hoa Ward held a fundraising ceremony to mobilize support from officials, civil servants, police and military personnel, neighborhood Party cells, and schools across the ward for people in provinces and cities affected by recent storms and floods. During the campaign, Bien Hoa Ward received nearly VND 300 million in contributions from officials, civil servants, armed forces, workers, religious institutions, and local agencies and organizations, with over VND 80 million collected in cash at the ceremony, together with nearly VND 208 million transferred to the account of the Dong Nai Vietnam Fatherland Front.

On October 13, right after the weekly flag-raising ceremony, the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and VFF Committee of Tri An commune launched a fundraising campaign to support people in the northern and central regions affected by storm No. 10.
At the event, demonstrating the spirit of “mutual support and compassion,” local officials, Party members, civil servants, and units donated more than VND 483 million. The entire amount will be transferred through the commune’s VFF to affected areas to help residents overcome storm and flood damage and stabilize their lives.
The campaign will continue to receive donations until October 30, 2025, ensuring transparency and accurate distribution to the intended beneficiaries, reflecting the solidarity and humanitarian spirit of Tri An’s officials and residents toward disaster-hit communities.

On the morning of October 13, the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and VFF Committee of Gia Kiem commune held a fundraising ceremony to encourage local officials, Party members, civil servants, workers, armed forces personnel, and residents to support the northern provinces affected by storms and floods.
Speaking at the event, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People’s Council of Gia Kiem commune Nguyen Huy Du called on organizations and individuals to uphold the tradition of “solidarity and compassion”, “the intact leaf covers the torn one” to share difficulties with people affected by natural disasters, helping them overcome storm and flood damage, quickly restore production, and stabilize their lives.
As of 9 a.m. on October 13, the commune’s VFF had received nearly VND 35.3 million from organizations and individuals supporting northern residents affected by floods.

On the morning of October 13, during the flag-raising session, the Dinh Quan commune VFF held a community fundraising event to support provinces affected by storm No. 10.
In September alone, four storms formed and moved across the East Sea. Among them, storm No. 10 (Bualoi) caused severe damage to lives and property in northern and central localities. In just one session, officials, civil servants, and armed forces in Dinh Quan commune contributed more than VND 18 million to support people affected by heavy rains and storms

On October 13, Tan Tien commune’s Party Committee launched a fundraising campaign to support people affected by storms and floods, calling on officials, civil servants, and workers to share difficulties with affected communities.
Responding to the appeal, each official and civil servant voluntarily donated one day’s salary, raising a total of VND 13.8 million. At the same time, schools across the commune organized fundraising among teachers and students, with teachers donating a day’s salary and students contributing voluntarily. The collected amount was transferred to the Tan Tien commune VFF to promptly assist disaster-hit areas, demonstrating the locality’s spirit of solidarity and compassion.
