Dong Nai receives over VND 58.5 billion in donations to support disaster-hit people

On October 28, the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Dong Nai province received contributions from agencies and businesses to support residents affected by natural disasters. Donations were made through both direct contributions and bank transfers.

On behalf of the Standing Board of the Provincial VFF, Vice Chairwoman of Dong Nai VFF Luu Thi Ha received more than VND 208 million contributed by officials and civil servants of the two-level People’s Court system of Dong Nai province.

On the same day, Vice Chairman of the Provincial VFF Nguyen Tan Phu also received a donation of VND 100 million from ASTRA Foreign Language and Informatics Center.

After 25 days of the fundraising drive (from October 3 to 28), the Provincial VFF has received over VND 58.5 billion from over 7,000 individuals and organizations to support disaster-hit communities. The reception of support for affected provinces and cities will continue until October 31, 2025.

Individuals and organizations can contribute directly at the headquarters of the Dong Nai VFF, No. 38 Vo Thi Sau street, Tran Bien ward, Dong Nai province, or via bank transfer to account number 3761.01021516.91999 at the State Treasury – Region XVII, or account number 1210006868 at Dong Nai-based Vietcombank branch.
