Trade Unions at all levels launch emulation movements to welcome Provincial Party Congress

In the lead-up to the first Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress for 2025-2030 term, these days, the Dong Nai Province’s Trade Unions at all levels are widely launching many patriotic emulation movements associated with professional tasks, production, and business at units and enterprises in the province.

It is recorded at enterprises that the working atmosphere of employees is vibrant and accelerating in each production line. Amidst that exciting momentum, grassroots Trade Unions organize competitions, projects, and tasks, creating motivation for emulation among union members and employees.

Emulation launched in labor production

Bui Thi Bich Thuy, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation, said: To celebrate major national holidays and Party congresses at all levels, since the beginning of 2025, all levels of the Dong Nai Trade Unions have launched many peak emulation campaigns from the provincial to the grassroots level. Accordingly, each grassroots Trade Union registers at least one practical project, task, or initiative in its activities. From this movement, a large number of union members and employees are attracted to participate and respond strongly, especially the Emulation Movement for good, creative, safe, and effective labor. This is also how the Trade Union officials and employees demonstrate their companionship and responsibility to the Party.

Typically, at New Apparel Far Eastern (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., in Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Dong Phu commune (Dong Nai province), more than 3,500 workers are actively working and participating in vibrant movements at the enterprise. To help employees develop their strengths and skills, the company’s grassroots trade union launched the Emulation Movement to promote production and technical improvement initiatives, improving product quality. In addition, cultural and sports activities are organized to create an exciting atmosphere among the working staff.

Nguyen Thi Mai Chi, Chairwoman of the Grassroots Trade Union of New Apparel Far Eastern (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., said: In recent days, all employees of the company have been emulating in production to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day September 2, and Party congresses at all levels. On the production lines, employees proudly wear red shirts, hang the national flags at their workplaces, and express their determination to contribute their efforts and intellect to the development of the country.

According to Nguyen Thi Mai Chi, with that determination, skill improvement competitions are taking place vibrantly among workers, contributing to increasing actual income, capacity, and creating motivation for employees' career development.

"The emulation movements promoted through major national events have shown the spirit of solidarity, pride, and patriotism of employees. Currently, the grassroots Trade Union  is promoting propaganda as well as organizing the Contest titled "Beautiful Labor Photos" to spread the image of diligent labor of employees in the company," Chi shared.

At Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, Nhon Trach commune, Dong Nai province), officials, Party members, and employees in the company not only place much trust and hope in the Party congress but also transform that sacred sentiment into concrete actions such as: emulating in labor production, participating in creative innovation movements, contributing to Party building from the grassroots; at the same time, maintaining labor discipline, building a cultural and safe working environment.

Nguyen Dac Vinh, Deputy Head of Human Resources Department of Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd., said: These days, the working atmosphere of nearly 10,000 employees at the company is vibrant and enthusiastic. Especially, with abundant orders until the end of 2025, many welfare policies are guaranteed, workers feel assured in working, emulating in innovation to increase income and improve living standards. Currently, the enterprise is increasing recruitment of employees and creating many opportunities and job positions for employees.

Moving towards the Party Congress with practical actions

Sharing the same emulation spirit at enterprises, more than 1,400 workers of Lixil Vietnam Global Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Long Thanh commune, Dong Nai province) are making unceasing efforts in each production shift, each assigned task, contributing to making achievements celebrating the Party congress with specific numbers, products, and initiatives. This is a way of expressing trust and concrete actions towards the success of the congress.

Nguyen Thi Quang, a young Party member working at Lixil Vietnam Global Manufacturing Co., Ltd., shared: As a Party member and a frontline production worker at the enterprise, in addition to promoting the Party's and State's policies and regulations at the enterprise, I always call on the workers to compete in production, build solidarity, and culture at the enterprise, heading towards the province's major political events.

"Looking back over the past 5 years, under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the lives of the people, including workers, have gradually improved, and social welfare has been ensured. This is a solid foundation for us to place our trust in the upcoming Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, especially in the fields of labor, employment, and sustainable social welfare policies," Nguyen Thi Quang confided.

The first Provincial Party Congress, for 2025-2030 term, and the 14th National Party Congress are political events of great significance, opening a new development phase for the province and the country. In the lead-up to the congress, the trust and actions of workers are vivid proof of the spirit of solidarity, intellect, aspiration for development, and faith in the Party's decisions.

At TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province), in a bid to celebrate the Party congresses at all levels, the grassroots Trade Union has launched a Contest to learn about the Vietnamese Communist Party Congresses among workers. The contest aims to widely disseminate the history, significance, and achievements of the Party congresses through each period; raise political awareness, foster patriotism, and faith in the Party's leadership for the company's entire workforce.

Dinh Sy Phuc, Chairman of the Grassroots Trade Union of TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company, said: After nearly 3 weeks of launching the contest, hundreds of workers have registered to participate and achieved better results than expected. This shows the interest and trust of workers in the first Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025-2030 term. With concrete actions, workers expect that the Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress will continue to have strong, breakthrough decisions in improving working conditions, wages, housing, and issues essential to the lives of workers.
