Major General Nguyen Duc Hai, Director of Dong Nai Provincial Public Security holds a periodic citizen reception

On September 24, at the citizen reception office of the Dong Nai Provincial Public Security, Major General Nguyen Duc Hai, Member of the Provincial Standing Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Director of the Provincial Public Security, held a periodic citizen reception in September 2025. The reception was attended by representatives of several professional departments of the Provincial Public Security.

At the citizen reception, Major General Nguyen Duc Hai directly worked with and received citizens' opinions and recommendations related to complaints and denunciations handled by the public security agency.

In response to the people's feedback and recommendations, the Provincial Public Security Director took note and directed the specialized departments to review, receive and resolve them in accordance with their functions and duties as prescribed by law. Regarding newly arising issues, the relevant units will continue to review, investigate, verify and resolve them in accordance with regulations.

At the same time, the Provincial Public Security Director also explained and provided further guidance on the legal provisions in handling complaints and denunciations so that citizens could understand, grasp, and comply with the regulations. On that basis, coordination with the public security agency was emphasized to clarify issues and promptly respond to questions, complaints, and denunciations of the people.

According to the Provincial Public Security, the citizen reception activities are maintained regularly and periodically on a monthly basis by the Dong Nai Provincial Public Security, contributing to promptly resolving people’s concerns related to public security affairs. This demonstrates the spirit of openness and responsibility of the Provincial Public Security leadership in the work of mass mobilization, strengthening people's trust in the public security force.
