The job fair was held in person at the Employment Service Center and also livestreamed via the center’s fanpage and the Zoom platform, enabling workers to connect directly with businesses and access recruitment information more conveniently and accurately.

About 480 laborers participated in the fair. As many as 190 laborers are expected to be recruited.

The Dong Nai Employment Service Center stated: In the last months of the year, the demand for corporate labor recruitment increased sharply, especially for unskilled labor, accounting for over 94%. Businesses are recruiting for various positions with good benefits such as: shuttle buses, housing, attractive salaries, etc. However, the number of unskilled workers participating in job searches at the fair is very limited, only meeting nearly 6%. Some laborers with technical expertise are limited in foreign languages and work experience. The center will promote direct job fairs and post recruitment information on the center's channels to support connecting workers and businesses.
