Meanwhile, 83 households with 354 residents are set to receive funds via bank transfer. To ensure timely and thorough preparation for gift distribution, the Commune People's Committee has directed the local police and hamlet leaders to review household data and cross-check it against the national population database. In addition, hamlets have been instructed to prepare tables, chairs, and drinking water, and to arrange reasonable time slots for each residential group to minimize waiting times. These efforts aim to ensure that gifts are delivered to the correct recipients, in accordance with policy, and in a timely, transparent, and accountable manner.
