According to the Department of Home Affairs, while many businesses have complied with labor laws, some still fail to fully observe legal regulations, resulting in complaints, reports, and denunciations from workers. The recent conference on labor and employment law dissemination aimed to strengthen legal understanding and compliance among both workers and employers, in line with practical needs and international labor commitments. The overarching goal is to foster harmonious and stable labor relations, reduce disputes, promote fair competition among businesses, and contribute to the province’s socio-economic development.
