32 enterprises register to participate in Dong Nai Provincial Job Fair 2025

On the afternoon of September 19, representatives of the Dong Nai Employment Service Center announced that, in order to provide career counseling, address employment needs for workers, and connect them with recruiting businesses, the center will coordinate with relevant units to organize the Dong Nai Provincial Job Fair 2025. The fair will take place at Mien Dong College (Binh Phuoc Ward, Dong Nai Province) on September 21.

To date, 32 enterprises have registered to participate in the recruitment drive, offering a wide range of industries and job positions such as food processing, machine operation, electronic assembly, and sales. To attract workers, companies are offering a variety of incentive policies, including fuel allowances, housing support, childcare assistance, performance bonuses, product quality bonuses, and other benefits in accordance with regulations.

Enterprises with a high demand for workers include: Vietnam Fortune Technology International Co., Ltd. (Dong Xoai Ward), recruiting 300 workers; Goodwood Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Chon Thanh Ward, specializing in manufacturing and processing wooden furniture), seeking 300 unskilled workers aged 18-40; Jason Furniture Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Binh Phuoc Ward), hiring 200 workers with no qualification requirements; and Grand Gain Footwear Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Dong Xoai II Industrial Park, Dong Xoai Ward), recruiting 1,000 workers with salaries ranging from 10-15 million VND/month (depending on job position)…

According to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, the Dong Nai Provincial Job Fair will provide career orientation counseling and job placement for workers both within and outside the province, especially for those currently receiving unemployment benefits as well as students. Through the fair, the aim is to contribute to solving employment issues for workers in the province, while at the same time supplying labor for enterprises that are expanding production and business operations.
