Transportation and warehousing services revenue saw relatively high growth rates

(ĐN) - Revenue from transportation, warehousing, and transport support services in Dong Nai reached VND 4.2 trillion in July 2025. Cumulatively, revenue for the first seven months of 2025 totaled VND 28.3 trillion, up 16.4% compared to the same period last year.

Of the total transportation revenue of 28.3 trillion VND, passenger transport accounted for over 4.3 trillion VND, freight transport brought in more than 16.8 trillion VND, and warehousing and transportation support services generated upwards of 7.1 trillion VND.

According to Dong Nai Statistics, in July, the production, business activities, and import-export operations of enterprises grew steadily. Many businesses secured new contracts, leading to increased demand for transporting production materials and goods, as well as greater use of transport support services, warehousing, and loading and unloading services.

On the other hand, several expressway projects and the Long Thanh International Airport in the province are entering the final stages of completion and continue to accelerate construction progress to stay on schedule. As a result, the demand for transporting construction materials has increased. These factors have positively contributed to the transportation sector’s revenue in the first seven months of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024.
