(ĐN)- On August 5, the Dong Nai Employment Service Center said: From early 2025 to early August 2025, nearly 3,600 businesses in the province reported a demand to recruit over 88,000 workers.

Currently, businesses have not yet recruited enough workers and are increasing recruitment through various forms to meet their human resource needs for production in the last months of the year.

To connect workers and businesses, in the 7 months of 2025, the Dong Nai Employment Service Center organized 7 job transaction floors; consulted and introduced jobs to over 33,000 workers. The industries that need to recruit many workers are garment textile, leather footwear, wooden products, electronics, of which their demand for unskilled workers (untrained) accounts for over 50%.

Currently, large businesses operating in the footwear and textile sectors such as: Chang Shin Vietnam Company (Tan Trieu Ward), TKG Taekwang Vina Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa 2 Industrial Park), Elite Long Thanh Co., Ltd. (Long Thanh Commune) are continuously recruiting workers with an average income of 9 million VND/person/month (including salary and allowances).

Many businesses in Minh Hung - Korea Industrial Park, Minh Hung III Industrial Park, Chon Thanh I Industrial Park, Chon Thanh II Industrial Park are in need of recruiting thousands of workers.

According to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, after the old Dong Nai province and old Binh Phuoc province merged into the new Dong Nai province, the agencies have compiled data on labor supply and demand. Due to limited supply, businesses find it difficult to recruit workers. In the coming time, the center will organize fixed and mobile job transaction floors; and also introduce businesses to remote areas to recruit workers.
