Dong Nai currently has over 700,000 workers employed in industrial parks. In recent times, with their dynamism and keenness, the workforce has not only promoted innovation in production but also made important contributions to the province's socio-economic development. This affirms the pivotal role of workers in the industrialization and modernization of the country and the innovation goals of enterprises.
All enterprises affirm that the development of enterprises cannot be achieved without the contributions of workers in accompanying and committing. Especially, when enterprises apply technology and digital transformation to production to maintain and develop, human resources are considered a crucial factor to control modern production lines. In reality, enterprises will face many challenges if they lack high-quality and skilled human resources. The proactive change in mindset and acquisition of necessary skills by workers to master machinery clearly demonstrates their determination and seriousness in their work.
In the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, each worker needs to proactively learn, train skills, and be creative in daily work. Only when each worker clearly understands the role of innovation can the power of solidarity and increased job productivity be maximized.
Mr. Phan Toi Tho Hiep, Chairman of the Trade Union of Tokin Electronic Co., Ltd. (Bien Hoa city), said that workers are the direct operators of machines, understand the reality of production, and can easily detect shortcomings and bottlenecks for improvement. At the enterprise, in 2024, workers contributed more than 340 initiatives, bringing 16.2 billion VND in benefits to the enterprise. Specifically, these include designing soldering robots, flex cutting robots, automatic assembly robots, etc. These improvements are highly practical, easy to apply immediately, contributing to cost reduction and production efficiency improvement.
Clearly, when workers innovate, it helps enterprises develop sustainably, and at the same time, their own qualifications and income are also improved. Annually, the contributions of workers not only help enterprises ensure production plans and affirm their brand in the market but also build prestige for enterprises in the process of building and developing production and business. In particular, a stable and highly skilled workforce helps enterprises maintain long-term production activities and adapt to changes in the market and technology.
Nguyen Quoc Su, a worker at Dong Tien Joint Stock Company (Bien Hoa city), is a typical example of effort and creativity in production. Mr. Su shared: "Researching to shorten production stages while ensuring product quality according to customer requirements is essential. With that in mind, I researched and came up with the most reasonable improvement ideas with the goal of increasing output and reducing labor for workers."
