Ground broken for first social housing project in Long Thanh

(ĐN)- On May 19, Long Thanh Riverside JSC held a groundbreaking ceremony for the iDT social housing apartment, the first of its kind in Long Thanh district.

The project, covering an area of 31,600 m², includes five main blocks with over 600 apartments, a community center, swimming pool, playground, outdoor sports area and technical infrastructure.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Xuan Dung emphasized the significance of the project in fulfilling the government’s social housing targets and improving living conditions. He called for strict quality control, timely progress, transparent public information, and simplified procedures to support citizens in accessing affordable housing.

The developer committed to a professional investment process, ensuring construction safety and quality, accelerating progress, and providing full project details for public registration of purchase, lease, or rent-to-own options.
