Dong Nai Trade Union presents hundreds of gifts to disadvantaged workers during Workers' Month 2025

(ĐN)- On May 7, the Provincial Labor Federation organized delegations to visit and present gifts to union members and workers in localities within the province, continuing activities to care for the lives of union members and workers during Workers' Month 2025.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Bui Thi Bich Thuy, presents gifts to disadvantaged workers in Nhon Trach district. 

In Long Thanh and Nhon Trach districts, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Bui Thi Bich Thuy, along with Trade Union officials, visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to nearly 70 disadvantaged union members and workers, each worth 2 million VND. The recipients were mostly direct production workers at enterprises, all facing difficult circumstances, suffering from serious illnesses and labor accidents.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Bui Thi Bich Thuy, kindly encouraged and inquired about their lives; she also stated that during Workers' Month 2025, all levels of the Dong Nai Trade Union are focusing all resources on caring for all aspects of the lives of union members and workers. The Trade Union organization hopes that union members and workers will overcome difficulties and continue to uphold their spirit in labor production. The Trade Union always accompanies, stands by, and provides motivation to workers through practical and meaningful activities and models.

On this occasion, the Nhon Trach District Labor Union presented 100 gifts to disadvantaged workers, each worth from 500 thousand VND to 2 million VND per person.

*In Vinh Cuu district and Bien Hoa Industrial Park Trade Union, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial LĐLĐ, Bui Thi Nhan, along with Trade Union officials, visited and presented 60 gifts to disadvantaged workers who suffered serious labor accidents, each worth 2 million VND. Trade Union officials inquired about their health, understood their circumstances and lives, and encouraged workers to overcome difficulties, maintain an optimistic and strong spirit to fight and overcome illness.

According to the Provincial Labor Federation, from the end of April until now, all levels of the Trade Union have simultaneously organized activities to visit, inquire about, and support disadvantaged workers, and organized cultural and sports movements, creating healthy playgrounds for workers to relax, exercise, improve their cultural lives, and regenerate their spirit for effective work. The Provincial Labor Federation alone presented over 200 gifts, each worth 2 million VND.
