The annual award, organized by the Ho chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s Central Committee, is in recognition and honor of skilled workers, artisans and students of vocational training centers for their excellent performance in studying, production, contribute to preserving and developing traditional industries business, encouraging youngsters to actively join the national emulation campaign and building young labor forces for the nation’s industrialization and modernization.
