Of the money, VND547 billion were from the province’s state budget. The remaining was from the school kids’ parents and the milk supplier.
The program has been carrying out in the province since 2014 with the purpose of reducing the weight and height malnutrition rates of children in the province. The cost of the program is 25 percent from children’s parents. The remaining is funded from the state budget and the milk supplier.
