(ĐN)- On April 16, Dong Nai Department of Health (DoH) received donation from Nestle Vietnam to support COVID-19 prevention.
Accordingly, the company handed over food and nutrition drinks worth a total of VND500 million to support doctors, nurses, public security and military forces, and volunteers who are on the front line of the battle against disease.
General Director Binu Jacob said that Nestle VN wants to join the provincial effort to combat the wide-spreading coronavirus which has infected more than 200 people in Vietnam so far.
Deputy Director Le Quang Trung of DoH expressed his heartfelt thanks to the company, pledging all the donations will be allocated to quarantined areas.
Earlier, Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association and Son An Urban Development and Investment J.S Co donated 12,500 health masks.
