(ĐN) – Nearly 600,000 laborers are working at industrial parks (IPs) in Dong Nai, of whom over 59 percent are female.
Accordingly, unskilled laborers accounted for 40 percent, trained workers was 40 percent. Industries with large number of laborers included garment and textile, footwear, wooden processing, plastic, chemical and mechanics.
So far, Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA) granted work permits for more than 7,600 foreign laborers.
Currently, the average monthly income per worker at IPs is around VND10.5 million.
