(ĐN) - On October 5, Bien Hoa city’s Office of Education and Training in cooperation with a charity group in HCM city visited and presented scholarships to 30 students who are learning at free classes in Ho Nai and Tan Bien wards, Bien Hoa city.
Most of the students are living in difficult circumstances tuition; they cannot pay tuition fees at public and private schools.
The scholarships, eac h worth VND1 million, aim to share difficulties with disadvantaged students, help them continue their studies to have a better future.
