In this period, the front raised more than VND450 billion to help the poor. Of the total, Fund for the Poor mobilized over VND20 billion, built and handed over 236 charity houses totaling VND9.6 billion, upgraded 61 other houses worth over VND1 billion. Moreover, various activities, such as providing financial support, presenting gifts and awarding scholarships, have been boosted to help local poor overcome difficulties and escaped poverty sustainably.
