The district had about 436 poor families by last year’s end, accounting for 1.05 percent of the total number.
According to the district’s Fatherland Front Committee, Vinh Cuu provided preferential loans totaling more than VND12.5 billion to help poor families developing production, build charity houses for households with housing difficulties
