(ĐN) - A requiem for the souls of traffic accidents was held in Dinh Quan district on November 13.
The event, jointly organised by the district’s Traffic Safety Committee and Buddhist Sangha, is part of activities in response to World Day of Remembrance for Victims of Road Traffic Accidents, which falls on the third Sunday of November.
The event aims to call the entire people to raise awareness of abiding by traffic regulations on traffic safety and order as well as sharing the grief suffered by victims’ families.
During the first 10 months of the year, road accidents killed 16 people and injured 7 others in Dinh Quan district.
