(ĐN) - On September 28, Dong Nai provincial Red Cross Association received VND914 million from 93 organizations, localities and units to help flood-hit residents in North and North Central.
Of the total, VND90 million will be sent to Vietnam Red Cross Society's Central Committee; the remaining will be handed over to flood victims. The association plan to sent delegations to present gifts and help those affected by floods by the end of October, said Chairman Do Thi Phuoc Thien.
